The whole team was so personable and fun, yet focused - it was literally a pleasure to have them pounding on our roof for two days. We are pretty needy and picky customers, but we should be, and they totally understood our concerns and goals for the project. Even Freddie our dog stopped barking at the ceiling after the first few hours and he got some nice treats from the MWE guys.
