We are based in Williamsburg, ten minutes east of Traverse City. The crews live here, the trucks park here, and the phone rings in this office, not a call center that has never seen the bay.

Our mission at Midwest Exteriors is simple: to provide high-quality products at a fair price.

Since opening our doors, we've been committed to providing service of the highest quality, paying particular attention to working efficiently while keeping the lines of communication with our clients clear and concise.

How we actually operate

  • We call to get you scheduled. A real date on the calendar, not "someone will reach out."
  • No pricing games. The number is the number, and it is good after you have slept on it.
  • We install what we sell. Our crew, not a subcontractor pool assembled the week of your date.
  • We say what we do not do. Anything inside the house is Interiors by Midwest. Anything outside our lane, we will tell you who is good at it.

Credentials you can check

Each of these is published by the issuing body, not by us. Ask for the certificate numbers at the estimate and we will hand them over.

  • EPA Lead-Safe Certified Firm Required to disturb paint in homes built before 1978, which is most of the housing stock we work on.
  • ENERGY STAR certified The efficiency rating that actually appears on the window sticker.
  • Google Guaranteed Google screens the license and insurance behind it, and backs jobs booked through Local Services.
  • Angi Super Service Award Awarded on review scores, not on advertising spend.
